My methods are not healthy.
I don't care if you object.
I'm 5'7", blonde, grey-eyed and a solitary soul.
I strive to eat a mostly vegetarian diet, which is difficult with the family I have.
SW: 145lbs
CW: 142lbs
1GW: 140lbs
2GW: 135lbs

UGW: 125lbs
I have 17lbs to go.

RULES/GOALS
+Give up all soda. Even Diet Coke. Drink water, tea, and black coffee. This is simple. Ignore it when mother insists on buying it. Don’t buy it while at uni. Quit completely by January 10th.
+Sundays are the only days you can have unhealthy sweets, like cookies or brownies.
+Don’t eat past 7:00PM unless work goes over.
+Bring water bottle everywhere. If forgotten, five extra crunches.
+Write goal intake on wrist. Five crunches for every calorie over.
